Most technology projects fail not because the engineering is wrong, but because it was never connected to a business outcome.
Start with the outcome
Before writing a line of code or specifying a sensor, we ask: what measurable result are we after? Faster month-end close? Lower downtime? Higher throughput? That number becomes the north star.
Engineer toward it
With the outcome fixed, every technical decision — the ERP module, the navigation stack, the model — is judged by whether it moves that number.
